Cecelia often reminds me of a bag lady with the mismatched layers of clothes that SHE puts together. This was one of those outfits that SHE insisted on wearing...Dora the Explorer gloves, a monkey suit coat from Halloween, and her ski cap, with "jammer" pants. (pj's).
