The Plague!

I'm not sure What the plague is, but I am pretty sure that my family has it. UGH! So it's going on about 3 weeks now that we have been under the weather. And just when I think we are getting better, more! We've had 4 doctors appointments in three days, we've filled four prescriptions, and are about $200 away from our family insurance dedecutable for the year.
Gary's had a fever of about 103 for the entire week. Cecelia has had the same. Teddy has been congested and needed respitory treatments, and me, well, I have strep throat. Brendan had some random fever about a week and a half ago. His lasted for 5 days, and as mysteriously as it came, it went away. I'd burn down our house like they did in the olden days, but I don't think our insurance would cover that. But it has certainly crossed my mind more than once.
Other than that, things are great. HA! Teddy will be 8 weeks old this coming Wednesday. I will be returning to my job, assuming that everyone is well enough for me to go in! Brendan is going to be turning 4 in two weeks! Crazy. He is done with school on his birthday. He's had a great year at school. His teacher told us we could start teaching him how to read this summer, and that he should be able to pick it up. He has his closing school program, which he's been learning songs for. I can't wait to post those pictures. It hardly feels like a year has passed since I posted last year's pictures. Unreal. Time sure does fly! We are looking forward to summer and our trips to the beach. I can't wait to introduce Teddy to the sand and surf. If he's anything like his big brother, he'll love it!
Well, I hope that this post finds everyone else well. Any day now we'll be in the clear....God willing!!!!!

Hey Julie,

It was great to hear from you. Congrats on Teddy. He's so cute! We had that same plague here a few months ago. It was more than three weeks with at least one high fever in the house. I hope you are all doing better. Any visits to the 'burgh planned this summer?
